Le Specs Sunglasses

Le Specs has been loved by A-list celebrities like Rihanna and Kate Moss for years. However this year, the UK festival scene has been especially inundated with models, quasi-royals, and socialites such as the Delevingne sisters and Cressida Bonas rocking Le Specs sunglasses. These highly affordable sunglasses range from the bold and oversized to the feminine and subtle. Their range of reflective lenses also adds a much needed color boost to any summer wardrobe.

I love the black "Bowie" and the ultra marine "Hey Macarena". Having just ordered both, I think it's fair to say that this brand has my endorsement!

Beyoncé

Beyonce’s 5-part video commentary on her-self titled visual album “Beyoncé”. Watching these videos helped me understand where she was coming from when she was compiling her album. It may be odd to say, but I am so happy to know how free she was when making these songs and videos. I also respect her so much more after understanding the context and inspiration behind the album.

But then again it’s Beyonce, I wouldn’t couldn’t expect less.

Beyoncé's New Visual Album

Christmas came early with Beyonce’s surprise release of her fifth and latest album. 30 second video teasers for the tracks are available via her VEVO channel. However, my absolute favorite has to be Yoncé featuring Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman, and Joan Smalls. Goodbye Sasha Fierce, hello high fashion Yoncé.

Beyoncé sports many different looks in her video and is on point as usual. The fact that she’s already filmed 17 videos to accompany each track is an amazing feat in itself coupled with the fact that her album hit #1 in 72 countries within the first day. Great collaborations on her self-titled album range from Drake to Frank Ocean to Jay Z, of course, and even Blue Ivy!

It’s safe to say Queen Bey is killing the game. Without any promotion, single releases, album covers, she avoided the possibility of an album leak and gave her fans something they could never have expected. I’ve already bought this album (of course) and you better too unless you want to experience a serious case of FOMO!
