It's a fine line between effortlessly chic and witchy when it comes to the pointed-toe heel. However, many designers have managed to navigate these murky waters pretty successfully; none more so than Valentino. I myself am slightly obsessed with his new Hitch On cutout leather pumps.

Guiseppe Zanotti + Anja Rubik Cutout Suede Pumps

I’ve been a little shoe-obsessed for the past few months as I’m sure readers of our blog can tell! But these get my endorsement for best pumps of 2013. Even better, they’re currently on-sale at Net-a-Porter as one of the site’s biggest bargains with around $500 off.

Anja Rubik’s five piece capsule collection for Zannotti was inspired by her favorite musicians, David Bowie and Debbie Harry. The shoes feature only black leather and suede fabrics, stiletto heels, and gold metal detailing. These shoes may be simple but they have a wide appeal and can be paired with anything from an LBD to a YSL tuxedo!
