Horst can only be described as one of the greatest photographers of the twentieth century.
While looking at his work, I was stunned at the range of his subjects which included presidents, actresses, and of course models. His ability to capture the beauty of the human body and shape resulted in a close working relationship with Vogue and other publications, making him a highly sought after photographer.
There are simply too many exquisite black and white as well as color pictures to choose from but above are some of my favorite pieces from the exhibition. So if you haven't had a chance yet, make sure to catch the Horst exhibition at the V&A Museum before it closes in January!
